iOS Data Loss Issue — November 2025

We sincerely apologise for the recent issue that affected some iOS users. This page provides detailed information about what happened and how we're helping affected users.

Synopsis

During the transfer of the app between developer accounts, a permissions mismatch occurred in the secure storage area used on iOS devices. This caused locally stored cards to become inaccessible after updating to the latest version.

Who was affected: Users who stored their cards only locally without iCloud backup enabled.

Status: Version 1.3.4 has been released with a full fix to prevent this from happening again.

Data recovery: Unfortunately, due to Apple's security restrictions, we cannot recover the lost data. Affected users will need to re-add their cards manually.
